I'm a Deaf consumer and they made sure to text me with questions and updates during their work. I used a PODS storage unit and they made sure to use every available space and when there was space left over they gave me advice on where to add more material for the safest move to avoid shifting inside the container. The experience gave me more confidence for the next time I move.

We had 5 pods total, and contracted with Movers R Us for all 5 pods. We had the same team of Marcus and Paul each day. We couldn’t have been happier they were amazing. They arrived on time, and with a great work ethic. Let’s admit that moving can be exhausting and overwhelming. The team of Marcus and Paul helped to make the process and enjoyable as possible. We don't plan on moving again but we would hire them again if we did!

They did a good job in utilizing space in the truck. One guy was a hustler while the other guy was a bit slower and needed guidance from the other it seemed. Maybe he was new to this type work. They were on time and seemed to care about my belongings. I think they could have finished faster as we went over our allotted time costing me more $$. In all 4 stars.

Marcus and his helper arrived right on time. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and knew exactly how to protect my heirloom antique furniture pieces as they moved them. They unloaded the entire truck in less than an hour. Marcus carefully moved my big pieces around until I was happy with the placement. It is without any hesitation that I would highly recommend Marcus and for sure, I will use his services again.

Moving day is never easy, however Movers are Us made it so much easier. We had 2 pods to unload, Marcus and Paul did an amazing job. We really appreciated their friendly and professional approach. Both pods were unloaded on time and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Movers are Us and the Marcus and Paul team were a pleasure to work with.

Our movers were Marcus and Paul. We absolutely loved them! They were very professional and friendly from the start. I’m annoyed that Movers R Us didn’t prepare them for the job because it was a difficult one, especially on a hot day. They needed to lug our stuff five blocks distance from our garage to our pod with one hand truck and wound up doing it all in outstanding time. They also reassured us that it would all be fine, which I appreciated even more, and were very good at judging how things would fit in the pod. I was also under the impression they came with protective equipment we could purchase on the spot, but was told we were meant to request it through the company in advance. Glad we bought our own stuff now. Five stars literally for Marcus and Paul only. Not for Movers R Us OR HireAHelper.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If the customer has not heard from us please contact us.

We specialize in loading, unloading, pods, pack rats, trailers, storage units, office, moves for seniors and more....
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
