They were on time and very polite. They moved things quickly despite the chaos that we had since we were still packing. They did meet the 2 hour timeframe that was quoted. However we thought they were using the moving pads that we gave them for each item and they were not. They put some items facedown in the truck (like our TV, although they did wrap it). They did not have a moving pad or any protection between my glass bookcase and the dryer. Luckily none of my items were damaged. They did not empty the hose of the washer when they disconnected it, so when we got to the new place and moved it in, there was water that leaked onto the floor. They did not use runners to protect the floors so a lot of dirt and mud was tracked in.

The crew arrived an hour late with a truck and a crew of 3 both of which I did not order.
Once we figured out what was happening the crew of 3 got to work and did an AWESOME job for us!
We would use them again, but would clarify to the service provider promptness for arrival time is important to us.

The movers arrived later than anticipated, but were prepared for the job and worked consistently hard to complete the move in 2 hours. They were courteous and respectful, and treated the property and goods with care. I would use them again.
