The team arrived on time, was very courteous, careful, and clean. They were also very fast and did not waste any time. Both the company and the team were easy to comunicate with and responded to phone calls quickly.

I will use them again.

I highly recommend them.

Mover's response:
Thanks Marcos, it was a pleasure working for you and we look forward to doing business again in the future.

This was our first experience with professional movers, my husband and I were very impressed! They were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard, were respectful of our things. Initially we had requested help for moving, but they were so efficient that we had extra time and they offered to assemble our furniture (king bed and bunk beds). They had all of their own tools. Even with this bonus, they finished early. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Mover's response:
Thanks Jesica, it was a pleasure working for you and we look forward to doing business again in the future.

Great service. On time, very courteous. I've done plenty of moves from a year Navy career and they were one of the best movers I've worked with.

I just moved from Dallas to Florida. My solution was an ABF U-Pack. They drop a trailer, we filled it, and they picked it up and drove it, and delivered it on time to our new place. I hired Helping Hands Moving & Labor of South Florida to unload the trailer. I want you to know you have an exceptional employee’s. They were on time, hard working crew; careful and respectful with my property.

Congratulations on a job well done!

Sincerely,

Mark McGrail

I was spooked by another mover that warned me against using ABF U-Pack. Dennis was not worried at all, but he wanted to have four movers on the job; especially for the piano. I was hesitant of having four movers, but they busted their butts. You need to be prepared, packed and ready before these guys show up because they are all business when they get there. Make sure you have ample tape and furniture blankets.

Dennis was very good at communicating before, during, and after our move. They packed the trailer tight and to the ceiling. I am just praying that everything arrives well and the unpacking goes well. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for your move.

Mover's response:
Thanks Ronni, it was a please doing business with you. Hope all turns out well for you :)

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW ENTIRELY. I will try to be objective. The first day they came to do the moving, it was raining so they had to reschedule. Before they left, one of the guys name Nico suggested to just do the deal directly without HireAHelper, and that way I was going to save $50. I was tempted but good thing I decided not to do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to share my experience with this careless company. When they came the next day, they had already been at another place, and they were tired. From they very beginning, I could tell these people were nowhere near professionals by the way they were handling my things. We had to keep watching them because they didn't make sure the things were properly moved and stored inside the truck. I mainly had furniture left, because everything else I had already moved the previous day. Long story short, they broke a desk, a big rabbit cage, and damaged a $2,500 sofa bed. On the sofa, one of the legs was badly scratched, the back of the sofa also had permanent scratches, and a few corners of the sofa were smashed. When I asked them why they didn't wrap it to avoid damaging it, one of them got nasty telling me that it wasn't possible because the sofa was too heavy and the plastic would've made it even harder to carry it. Well, why didn't they say this before they put it in the truck? They should've never touched it if they thought it was going to get damaged, right? One of the guys, Nico, even joked saying: "I always break something". I couldn't believe my ears but it got even worse when I called the OWNER himself the next day, and the guy started raising his voice questioning me about why I didn't call him the day before, that it was too late to do anything about it, and also that I had to expect my things to get damaged when they get moved. Then he said he was going to talk to his employees to find out what had happened. He called me back saying that his employee, Nico, had told him that the sofa had a few minor scratches but that he never broke a desk. We went back and forth as if I ,as a customer, had to beg to be believed, and I finally told him I was going to send him the pictures of all the damages to prove him I was telling the truth. When I did, he said I could go to Home Depot and fix all the damages done to the sofa bed. And that the desk was made out of plywood, so it was not covered by his insurance because once you assemble something made out of plywood, it is never supposed to be moved. Also, that the sofa was way too heavy for two people, and that is why it got damaged. I replied that when I bought that sofa, two people brought it in the apartment 'wrapped in plastic' like his people should've done but he didn't listen.
When I told him that he obviously did not care, and that i was going to write this review, all of a sudden, he offered me to pay for the things I was going to buy to repair the sofa, and a little bit for my time... my $2,500 piece of furniture is damaged and this guy thinks he was going to make me happy paying for the stuff I bought at Home Depot??
One of the reasons why I chose this company was because they had insurance but what is their insurance good for if it doesn't cover the things that THEY DAMAGE? I hired these people because I thought they were professionals, and that my furniture was going to be SAFE, otherwise I would've rented a UHaul, had a couple of friends help me, and saved the extra money. I have no idea how they have mostly good reviews, it must be them writing them.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I WISH I HAD READ A REVIEW LIKE THIS ONE BEFORE I MOVED.

Mover's response:
Thank you for your review. HH does not allow false reviews. Each customer is registered with HH and is given a job # so my reviews are valid. I offered to have the legs of your couch fixed by a professional handyman and FL law is 60 cents per lb for damaged items. You were not happy with that. I cant control the weather so the job was rescheduled as to protect my employees and your belongings. Sorry that you aren't happy with our services but I have a great reputation with HH and SOFLA clients.

I thought they did a great job loading the truck until I got to Ohio and saw there were some problems with some of my furniture that should have been wrapped and packed tighter. They were very nice though.

Mover's response:
Thanks April, I'm sorry to hear about something's that got damaged in transit. When customers don't get the proper wrapping materials to wrap up your belongings things will happen in transit. Thanks for doing business with us :)

Terrific team! Dennis and Niko were prompt, professional, and efficient. Within minutes of their arrival, they assessed the task of moving the contents of a 4 bdrm house into 2 pods. They quickly prioritized how they would load our furnishings and immediately proceeded to get the job done. They were knowledgeable and careful, providing us the confidence that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend them and will plan to call on them again when the the time comes to unload our PODS.

Mover's response:
Thanks Deborah, it was a pleasure working for you and we look forward to doing business again in the future.
