I have used this company 3 times and they have always been quick and careful! I would definitely use them again.

These were not the original movers I hired. Strong Arm was but I was advised later the they were unavailable and would have to use another company for more money but they would comp me 50.00. Nonetheless the movers that arrived were pleasant and hustled and were careful with my things and we were loaded in about an hour. The lead mover was surprised when found out that I had booked 6 hours and 4 movers and joked telling me they would be able to be done in plenty of time. The next hour things moved at a slower pace and a little less gentility was given to my things. When going up the stairs they left numerous marks and scratches and on several occasions they came extremely close to breaking a chandelier leaving it swinging. By this time and the damage to the walls and the haphazardly treatment of my things I told them to just put things in the garage and dining room and I would sort them out. All of the damaged wall I will have to repair and for this treatment I paid over 800.00. I was not pleased at all with the job that was done and will not refer them. Lesson learned.

On time, prepared, worked hard, and respectful of our property. They also managed to move a 150 year old piano down a tricky slope without a problem.
Would definitely use them again.

The guys showed up on time, didn't complain it being the last stop of the day...just went right to work and finished the move under the time limit!

The crew could not show up at the scheduled time, only 2 of 3 showed up to start. The third employee showed up later. They hit the door jambs several times, dented several furniture items and damaged the walls and corners of my new home. There was no refund on the last unused hour, and they were not in any uniform. The work was hard and it was hot, but the services were less than professional. I would book with another mover next time.

They were supposed to arrive from 10-11am and walked in at 1:45. They did bring an extra guy but then took my time down and didn’t tell me until 10 minutes before time ran out. The guys worked hard but definitely expressed it when they didn’t want to do something like carrying a washer and dryer downstairs. Overall I may use this service in a bind but won’t recommend it.

First they were late 45 minutes late with no apology just late. They wanted Tom one early but we had not arrived yet. We had a 26 ft U—haul to unload. They rushed and were sloppy. They scratched the wood floors moving my desk in along with ripping a mop board off the wall. I made them use a blanket for the second piece of my desk. When I pointed it out they wouldn’t accept responsibility. They pulled off the emergency box by the elevator off and again would not accept responsibility. I asked them to take a few things into our on site storage , on the same floor-they shoved my library hutch so hard into the wall they ruined the dry wall. Left my moving blankets outside while rained. My furniture as a whole took a beating. Our mattress got wet because they set on the asphalt outside the truck, my credenza that goes with my desk beat up, scratches on my antique cedar chest, bar stools scratched and seats torn ,..... I could go on and on. Their reviews say 5, I had a hard time giving them a 1. They only thing they did was stayed late when I asked as we desperate. What’s odd is that they were more interested in looking at cars in our parking garage than working. I paid almost $425 for shoddy service. Worst experience ever. Dont hire them.

2 hours late to job. Unresponsive until after they were already 1 hour late to job. Did not use any of the furniture pads I provided even though they assured me they would. Messed up clothes/plants/furniture due to poor packing. Put my cat inside his cage into the truck (not the cab). Finally, the owner was extremely rude and harassed me via text when I wanted to pursue a refund through Hire a Helper. Would not recommend or use again.
