Awesome job! They were running a few minutes late, but called to let me know (it's amazing how few people in the world offer this small courtesy these days). When they arrived, they got a tour of the house to see which rooms were which and got straight to work unloading. The guys were polite and friendly to my family and worked their butts off. They were nice enough to hook up the washer for us too! Chris, the owner, called before they came to discuss the job. He was also polite and professional. I would definitely call these guys again.

The Clockwork Moving team of three was on time and extremely courteous. They took the time to tour the house, confer and plan the best way to load our truck. The owner of the company was part of the crew and, as such, made certain everything ran smoothly. After deciding not to use a larger moving company with their own storage facility, we decided to rent a pod instead and hire movers to pack it. We have had bad experiences before so were hesitant to hire anyone who was not personally recommended, We decided to take a chance with Clockwork Moving Company and had a good experience with them. They were helpful, were on time, had good attitudes, and worked quickly and efficiently. We felt confident that they would handle our belongings with care and they were efficient in packing the pod. They made the move painless and we will definitely be using them from now on.

The two young men arrived ahead of time and and did a survey of of what they were going to load to determine what order they would load each piece. They did their job in a steady and orderly manner. It had snowed the day before so they laid blankets of the floor to keep from tracking snow and slush on the carpets and were extra careful carrying the loads across wet and slippery areas to the truck. They did a timely job concidering the conditions. They did a great job of packing and securing the load in the truck. Everything arrived in good shape. The men who did the off loading at our destination wharehouse commented that whoever packed the truck did a professional job. They deserve a well done. I would recommend them anytime.

Yesterday we booked Clockwork Movers to move some furniture and exercise equipment in our house. It was a straightforward job, but the equipment was heavy. Chris & Chris showed up on time with the equipment they needed. They were friendly, professional and very competent. The move was done within the scheduled time and they were exceptionally careful. As they were moving a piece of furniture, I found a drawer pull on the ground. They immediately informed me of their 100% no damage guarantee. In fact, the pull had only come unscrewed and fallen off – but they obviously took their guarantee seriously.
I was also very impressed with the ease of use of Hire A Helper. The whole process went very smoothly and I will certainly use Hire A Helper and Clockwork Moving again.

They did not show up in the agreed time window, but they did call within the time window and let me know that they would be late, why, and when to expect them. They were there within the newly estimated time. They were prepared for the unload. They were efficient, respectful and demonstrated excellent experience. They were extremely careful of our items, negotiating difficult corners carefully and expertly. I would absolutely use them again. I had used another company for 2 similar sized jobs and, in my opinion, Clockwork's performance was magnitudes better in all aspects of the job.

They were quick, efficient, and got the job done! There was great communication in regards to the movers' arrival time. These movers were picking up items that should have taken two people to move. We were impressed!
