Chris and Chris were awesome! We loaded and unloaded a 3-bedroom house into my new place in 3 hours in a 90 degree day. Nothing was damaged and they were extremely nice and helpful.

Both guys were very nice and worked hard. However, neither appeared to have any clue how to load a moving truck. I was using a 26 ft Penske truck and was only moving a 1 bedroom, 800 sq ft apartment. From everything I'd read, I should have had plenty of room.
Before we started they looked everything over and said they had a plan. I still had a lot to pack but I was going to handle that and knew I'd be loading the last of the truck on my own but I was fine with that. I also calculated there would be plenty of room, so no worries. They started loading and things were going fine.
I noticed the truck seemed to be filling up fast and it appeared that they were not loading floor to ceiling. I questioned them and they kept telling me they had a plan and it would work out. Same conversation took place at least two more times with same answers from the guys. Realized they were going to need more time. I told them no problem. They finished 2.5 hours after orig schedule. I had even suggested moving mattresses and box springs into the huge empty space, because I knew they were not leaving me enough room to finish. They did put the mattress on top of the load at the front of the truck. Thank goodness they finally listened to me.
They finished, I paid them and tipped both generously. They worked hard but either their lack of experience or knowledge has now cost me time and money. When I opened the truck today to finish loading in the space they left me ( they had guaranteed me In could get 60 more boxes on the truck), with no problem.
I found that not to be the case. I ended up having to climb over the wall they build and try to utilize all the empty space they left but putting light weight stuff there and moving and reorganizing what they did while balancing on boxes and furniture trying to fix the mess they left me.
I'm now a day behind schedule and have no idea if I will be able to fit what I have left on a truck that should have fit everything with room to spare. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! I also feel they spent lot of time trying how to figure out how to work the load after they had screwed up. That is probably money I didn't need to spend.
Bottom line, they were very nice, worked hard, but seemed very inexperienced. I should have been more demanding when I saw how the truck was being loaded. They assured me it was all good, so that is on me. I'm going back out now to see what I can do to try and salvage this move.

Called with eta morning of job. Two incredibly strong young men emptied truck and placed everything exactly where we wanted it. Very courteous and respectful. Plan to use them again
