Highly recommend this company. They were great on communication before the move, showed up exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were also really friendly and went above and beyond to help us put a large sectional back together. Zero complaints.

I would never hire this company again. I thought it would take longer then it did so I booked their service for an additional hour, thinking better save then sorry.when the movers were done in about an hour, I knew I had to pay for the 2 hour minimum and I would get reimbursed for the other hour I booked. WRONG!! So if you like to pay for nothing, then use them, but read the extra fine print.

Family Movers was terrific! They were on time, courteous, efficient and took care with all the furniture, wrapping them in quilts. They put a runner down in both locations to protect the floor which was great since it rained all day. We were all impressed and noticed how they organized everything back in their truck after the last piece was taken out so they were ready for the next job after ours. The attention to our requests were much appreciated and they were very friendly! Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

They did such a great job, were very careful and cautious with all the fragile boxes. They even helped me pack up a few boxes, disassembled and reassembled some furniture, and put everything where I needed it to go when moving in. They made moving so easy, and I could not be more thankful!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Hired Family Movers LLC to help unload a large POD after a cross-country move. Unfortunately with how the parking lot at the apartment complex was set-up, there was a long distance between the POD and the apartment. However, the guys got right to work and knocked out the job in the allotted time. All of the crew was friendly. They communicated in advance about a slightly delayed arrival due to a previously scheduled job. The furniture and boxes were handled with care. Some small damage to boxes here and there, but no damage to the contents. I would definitely recommend them.
