Good team. They got stuck waiting for second truck to arrive but jumped right into the job. They did good work.

Paul and Victor were on time and worked very hard. They were very polite and professional. The only area of improvement I could suggest would be to become better at packing all the available space in the container.
After they left, I proceeded to add many, many items to our POD; and, that was only what I could add at the back end. I know there was additional room in the front because I had told the guys about it and I was told, “I see it; we know what we’re doing.”
Overall, I would give this team a 7 out of 10.

Handled a few curve balls on the spot which I know other companies would have charged me for, like ice blocking access to the pod and an additional storage unit nearby.
I really appreciated their expertise and tools/materials to properly secure things (including making me aware of what items posed the biggest risks).

We had set up arrival around 1:00pm. At 1:30 I called and was told an earlier job ran long. At 3:00 pm I was called to set up a new window of 4-5 pm. I had an appointment that I missed because of this day. It was nearing dusk when they showed up around 5:15-5:30. There were 4 workers to try to make the unload go faster. Since then I have found boxes in the wrong rooms and not what I specified- I think only some of the workers got the messages about where to put things. I was really frazzled and this was not what I had read in their reviews. I would not use them again.

They were very communicative leading up to and day of the unload. I moved from out of state and I had peace of mind knowing they were easy to contact and update regard my move.
Super friendly and efficient with moving all my items up three flights of stairs. They were so fast and handled all my items with care. I would HIGHLY recommend LeDoux Moving Solutions.

These guys whoes up on time. They had all the tools for the job. I would honestly say they were more concerned about my furniture and moving than I was. I was in a last minute rush and just hired these guys with an expectation that they would throw it in my rented truck and we'd move on. I protected my few sentimental and I was unconcerned about the rest.
These guys took all my extra blankets and wrapped them around and taped them up around my fragile glass items(coffee and TV stands, mostly). Same with the TV. I would say these guys went above my expectations. Thank you.
