Furniture & item (not box packing) preparation included + complimentary assembly and disassembly. Upon booking with us and confirming your details via phone or email, you will be sent an introductory email with the Movely Terms & Conditions and FAQ's for your review. All of our movers are vetted professionals and bring a dolly and tools on every move. Unfortunately, we do not move pianos, gun safes, and specialty items over 400 lbs due to special equipment needed. Please kindly select the proper time slot when booking your services. Same-day orders may require a few hours for us to reach our job site and a premium fee for our Movers. Tipping to our movers is highly appreciated!

They worked hard and were willing to do whatever we asked, but they were an hour late and my family and friends had the load 1/2 done before the paid crew showed up.

In a word, "Awesome!" I booked Movely after the previous company I booked for moving labor help bailed the day before the move. Brad was great and super helpful. He made sure to communicate with me regarding any changes on their end as well as potentially severe weather that could affect the move. I could not be there to help, so my wife had to shoulder the responsibility. She was very happy with them and said that the two guys Brad sent (i don't know their names) were super friendly and worked really hard to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as they could. Btw, these guys worked really hard even after coming off a bigger move earlier in the day.
The company and staff are a class act and they will be our first call the next time we move. They will also be the company we highly recommend to friends, and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this review!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Within 24-48 hours of booking, we will attempt to reach out and confirm any details of your job, including answering any requests or concerns. You will be provided a copy of our Terms & Conditions, FAQ's, and information on how to contact us for further assistance.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You shall receive a call from either our dedicated dispatcher or from your Moving crew directly. Your moving crew may also text you if you're unavailable by phone.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It is essential to provide a good amount of moving pads to protect your items for shifting. Rule of thumb: 1 pad per small - medium furniture piece, 2 for larger items such as couches, buffet tables, etc. and 6+ extra. Make sure all boxes/containers are closed, securely taped, and have no bulges. Please box any TV’s or screened electronics. Remove items from dressers, cabinets, and drawers. Have all your packed & prepped items together in an organized, easy to access manner.
What types of moves have you handled?
We focus on < 100 mile local moves, both residential and commercial, either full service (with a truck) or just labor only.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is one of the more stressful things someone can do. We love the idea of making that experience stress free, which brings us great satisfaction when a customer breathes that sigh of relief.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained or onboarded with the owner or a top-crew lead, regardless of experience. Movely uses a high quality mobile app to provide elaborate bi-annual training courses and quizzes for every crew member. All movers have a quality scale that allows management to infer whether or not a mover is performing up to standard.
