Relocation with Strong Arm Moving
Strong Arm Moving is a Denver, CO based moving labor company. We provide strong, fast, efficient movers to load and unload rented moving trucks (Budget, Uhaul, Penske) and delivered storage units (PODS, Pack--rat, ABF, U-Pack). Strong Arm Moving also provides internal moving services, which includes carrying furniture from one part of a residence to another. Strong Arm Moving can pack and unpack your belongings as well as assemble and disassemble basic furniture. We are a residential and commercial moving company.

We were very pleased with the service that Dennis and John provided. They were right on time and got right to work, finishing the job with time to spare. They unloaded and carried everything up to the third floor with great care. Despite the heavy lifting and stairs, Dennis and John were extremely friendly, even offering us helpful information since we are new to the area. The next time we move, we will definitely contact Strong Arm Moving.

I would like to say we had a wonderful experience with Strong Arm, but, unfortunately, that's not the case. The men were quite nice--courteous almost to a fault and on time. However, they took seven hours to complete a three-hour job (we hired four men and they came the day before to see how much we had to pack and make a time-frame recommendation). They took numerous smoke breaks and didn't seem particularly hurried despite taking such a long time. The packing itself ranged from acceptable to "i-can't-believe-that-didn't-break-during-the-drive" awful. Stemware was barely wrapped while plastic novelty items had so much bubble wrap on them i couldn't even discern what was inside. They packed our DVD player with three DVDs inside it, broke my fiancé's computer (he was able to fix it), and packed some items we were leaving in Denver inside the truck where we couldn't get to them. Worst of all, though, was that they packed my bags for the long drive from Denver to NYC in the very front of the truck despite being reminded many times that i absolutely needed them to be in the cab with me. They contained clothing, activities for the road, and all of my medications. Needless to say, in spite of their wonderful demeanor, we weren't at all impressed by or happy with our experience with Strong Arm. I do feel bad about this rather scathing review and the recommendation i'm about to give them, but i want to be honest for the sake of future potential costumers. I do want to say that some members of the moving team were exceptional; we're quite sure the only reason things didn't break is because Duane packed the truck so well, and i could tell which boxes the younger John packed because they were well done. Outside of that, though, the job was a total mess.

After 14 moves in my lifetime and countless times we paid for what we thought were average or less than average experiences, we found a winner. Strong Arm moving was fast, courteous, and thoughtful in their communications and accommodations with our requests. The movers were professional, friendly, and hard-working not to mention on time and considerate of our requests to place furniture etc. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend their services and again this recommendation is coming from a veteran mover. Congrats Strong Arm on a job well done.

Wow! My move happened so quickly it was amazing. The guys came right in and started work -- never coming up for air! The move was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Strong Arm Moving.

My move got off to a really shaky start. The original crew that was supposed to handle my move never showed up. After some confusion and wasted time another crew was sent. Once my move got underway, the movers worked quickly and did a good job taking care of my furniture. I only wish this crew was sent from the start. I was very satisfied with the move once it was underway however the first impression was a bit dissapointing.

John and John did an excellent job unloading a 16' truck. Even though they had to walk about 40 yards to the apt they finished with plenty of time to spare. They were both professional and friendly and I would recommend them to any of my friends
