They arrived in the window of time scheduled.
The movers were friendly and hard working. They were respectful of our property. They worked quickly and didn't even need the 4 hours that were scheduled. They put things where we wanted them. I booked them online, paid $344 for 2 helpers for 2 hours. Time was
7-9 pm. Nothing at 7 or 7:30 or 8. we assumed they weren't coming at all
so my son in law, who just finished a 3 day road trip from Denver, and I
began unloading. Then I got a phone call that they had a terrible day with
rain, etc, and did we still need them. I said absolutely we had 2 mattresses and a bed that I couldn't be much help with. Promise, he said, we will be there by 8:30.
that came and went, then about 8:50 they pulled in. they did get the mattresses and bed off the truck, and asked if there was anything else. The truck was now empty, so we said no. they said they assumed we had cancelled because of the rain.... I called the company, they have a minimum charge so I paid $344 for about 30 min. They did offer me a 5% discount ($13) for 'tardiness'.
Bottom line here is MORE COMMUNICATION - we thought they were a no show.
I would not use them and would not recommend them to anyone.
