They moved my stuff. Several things were broken (they managed to yank the leaflets off the bottom of my dining room table, for instance, and several other small things broke, but it either didn't matter or was easy to fix). They're exactly what I expected, given the price.

I would give 5 stars but your guys wanted me to buy rope instead of using my supplied strap-downs, so a little educational procedure needs to be implemented. Also, when I leave a box that is not closed and taped, then one doesn't put that box ANYWHERE BUT ON TOP. Packing like that only SHIFTS and CRUSHES while IN TRANSIT. That being said, they did show up on time and got the job done during the allotted.

Two men arrived from Detroit smelling horribly like smoke, but distinctly not just cigarette smoke. One was dressed in dress pants and open toed white leather shoes with large heels. They both had trouble carrying the items inside and were out of breath each trip (no stairs, straight shot from truck to living room). I only used a service because I had shoulder surgery, otherwise I could have done this with a friend, and I'm only 5ft tall 125 lbs. They really struggled. I put plastic on the floor around the entire room except for 2ft along each wall. I asked them to stay on the plastic because I just washed the carpet. Every trip inside they stepped all over the carpet, and it was raining outside! The only good thing is that they did not hurt themselves or have a heart attack. I would never use these guys again. The company that sent these guys should really do a better job screening their employees.
