I think the service/help was over advertised. I prepaid for 2hrs of work and extra time as needed. After 2 hrs I was told they had to leave. I had to unload about 1/4 of the truck myself. If I was told about it ahead of time i would hire another company. Additionally, the outdoor wood table got damaged.

Hired them for two moves on two consecutive days. They cancelled my Monday move by email on Sunday morning....forcing me to scramble to find help. For my next move, when they didn't arrive at the schedule time, I called to inquire on ETA. It was at that point that they told me they would be showing up about 3 hours later than scheduled. No courtesy call....I had to call THEM. I ended up having to cancel because we were on a pretty tight timeframe (which is why arrival time is so important).
Now, the gentleman that answered the phone was professional and polite....but the fact that my two moves were mishandled so egregiously, it can only lead me to one of two conclusions - they're overbooking themselves to the point that people get screwed, or they simply do not care. Being that I was told, "we'll get to you when we get to you"...leads me to believe they couldn't care less.
If you choose to go with these guys, have a solid backup plan. Because you very well may need it.
BTW - you're welcome for not going with the basic "failing grade" joke for Grade A movers.

The two guys were very efficient. But, I was quoted for three movers and was only provided two. Which worked out as the two were adequate.

The guys that came walked through the house with me to see what needed to be moved. They were super friendly and helpful with letting me know how they were going to move everything. They did a great job moving everything from our basement up the step incline of the stairs.
