You get what you pay for. I chose Grade A movers because they seemed like they had good reviews at a good price. Unfortunately, my experience was poor. They delayed a day due to a family emergency and were late by two hours when they did come due to a flat tire. While I understand that life happens, I also had to adjust my schedule due to this. Then while they were packing the boxes and my moving pods I had to ask them to pack things differently because they were packing them in a way that would damage my stuff. They weren’t very efficient and I had to get other movers from a more reputable company to finish the job and rearrange the stuff in my pod so that nothing would be damaged. I felt like there was no respect for my property. I would not use them again.

During my move, they claimed they had multiple moves scheduled around the same time, or back to back. So my initial move time was moved around, and then they asked us if they could finish a move between my loading and unloading. After unloading 80% of my stuff, my 3 hours were up and they did not have any leeway for an extra hour since they had another move, so they left my stuff in the garage for me to move it to my house. Quick service but back-to-back moves made my moving experience just okay.
