The two men that helped pack my POD did a wonderful job. Even the movers that emptied the POD complimented them. I would highly recommend using this company. It made my move so much easier knowing the care they took when packing my belongings.

It has difficult getting a hold of Damus initially. Once we coordinated and got things settled it was ok. The guys showed up within the time frame specified and got right to work. They were pleasant and took care of all my stuff. Unloaded the U-Haul and placed all my boxes and furniture exactly where I asked. I was a bit concerned at first but I would recommend them.

They were 45 minutes late.The issue was that the leader had to be right instead of listening to us or the coworkers.There was not a strategic plan to load the furniture in the storage unit to make sure everything would fit.Our first discussion and every discussion after was how we were going to fit everything in the unit.We made suggestions as well as the coworkers,but kept being told not to worry,it would all fit.It did not.We are calling other services to pick up the rest of our furniture.They worked very hard,but would only use them again with a different leader.

Very efficient process
Had one little issue with them trying to get a futon into a bedroom which they could not do because it was not physically possible unless they took it apart, which they did not suggest. They nicked a little fresh paint on the wall. It was a tough situation.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
