1) they rescheduled twice for different hours of the day.
2) They did a good job but one of my tables broke during move.
3) they offered to dispose the broken table properly which is appreciated.
4) very difficult to get them on phone. One of the crew forgot his coat at my place and I called and left a message but did not hear from them yet.
Lot of scope to improve communication.

They damaged almost all furniture useing dolly without using pad. I wish I had seen what they were doing. I didn't realize the damage they did until the next day.

I was very happy with my movers..they came on time and were very respectful of me, my family, and my material belongings. We had a lot of stuff to move, some items were awkward shapes and they came prepared so my walls, floors, and material possessions didn’t get damaged...we had three locations and they worked hard to move everything in a reasonable amount of time. I was very please with the two young men who helped me move and I would definitely use them again.

Our movers were EXCEPTIONAL! They arrived on time and were very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable that the job was in capable hands. They kept me aware of how they were doing. Two very very hard working men arrived at my door and 7 hours later were equally as gracious and hard working, just a bit more tired, when the job ended. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

My husband and I and our son packed up
most of the belongings of my elderly mother but has to leave on Sunday.
The movers came on Tuesday
they ignored my texts and phone calls
They were 2.5 hours late -no phone call
or explanation
Mother requested that her television set to be bubble wrapped and put in the trailer. They didn’t listen. They ended up waiting till the end and then stuffing it without any protective wrap into her car.
They packed grandfather clock chimes snd placed the chimes in a separate trailer than the expensive grandfather clock itself.
Terribly inefficient packing job. The movers
left behind many items saying there was no more room. The next day my elderly mother hired someone else to come and help. The new movers rented a u haul and packed and loaded everything that was left behind at my mother’s to the same trailer that the movers said was full. It cost my mother over $ 700 for your movers laziness and inefficiency.
I feel very badly for my mother and the chaos that could have been prevented had we known how horrible the services would be.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
