They were on time, and got right to work and filled my POD floor to ceiling in the 3 hour window so I wouldn't have to pay for additional time. The packers left quite a bit of items unpacked. They obviously did not check all the cabinets in the kitchen left cups, plates, silverware unpacked. Did not pack china cabinet. Broke my soup tureen because it was packed carelessly, boxes were not taped properly movers refused to move them until we retapped them, boxes were packed too heavy! Would never use them again.

The guys were great. But, I had ordered 4 men for 3 hours because I didnt know how long the job would take. I was told that if we didnt need them for the whole 3 hours I would only be billed for the time they were here. They were done in 1 hour and 50 minutes, which was fantastic, but I thought I would only be billed for 2 hours, but I was billed for the whole 3 hours. Very disappointed about that. But the guys they sent did a fine job. They were on time and did work hard.

To summarize my overall
Impression: not good! I would absolutely NOT recommend Professionalmen movers. If you would like to know why, please read below.
To start with the positives; they were polite, and lifted heavy things, but clearly inexperienced “movers” to say the least. It was almost as if they had no experience moving/packing a pod at all.
For starters, they showed up ~45 minutes late wreaking of marijuana, that instills a lot of confidence. I showed them our things and directed them to the 6 (six) pods we had in the driveway. The Pod company recommended 5, but I ordered an extra ‘just to be safe’, and let them know that we should only use it if absolutely necessary.
Things started off fine, and the first pod was loaded with all boxes, no furniture. Not a tactic I was not familiar with but hey, they were the “moving experts”, so who am I to question the strategy. They proceeded to load everything except the big furniture, which they waited until last to try to fit, craming in couches and folding mattresses nearly in half to squeeze them into pods before the doors would barely close. Meanwhile there would be several feet, no exaggeration, of space left near the top of the pods that was unutilized.
Before we knew it they were finishing up the sixth pod and several large pieces of furniture were not loaded! At that point they basically just gave up, saying it’s not all going to fit, and just decided to call it a day. Not only did they leave a couch and a large chair out, but then proceeded to leave almost an entire room unloaded that would have fit in the pods even with their poor packing job. I have never seen anyone load a truck/pods this way in my life. The big furniture should always be loaded first. If I am going to have to leave something behind it’s going to be boxes (which can be shipped or loaded into a car), not my furniture.
Anyway, after they left I personally proceeded to partially unload and repack 4 of the pods to make room for my furniture, and guess what?!?! That’s right, I got it all to fit, minus my $400 grill, which I had to give away for free because we were heading cross country the next day. The grill would have fit if they had cared at all to pack things with any sort of plan in place. Hard to do when your stoned I guess!
I had purchased a role of plastic wrap prior to moving day, even though their profile said they would provide it for a flat fee, and I did not rent a dolly because the profile also said they would bring one with them if I requested it, which I did. Surprise, neither of these things were brought along.
They also neglected to use any of the tie down rope that I purchased to secure everything inside the pods, even though I reminded them several times. I hate to see how much of our stuff is damaged from all of the moving around during transit once it’s all delivered.
I had rented 5 dozen moving blankets from uhaul, way more then we needed because I wanted to make sure all of our things were protected. I was very upset to discover (when I was redoing their job that evening) that they left many of our pieces only half covered, and several of our wood pieces were already scratched up. There was absolutely no reason for this’s there were 2 1/2 dozen pads left when they were “done”.
They repeatedly drug heavy furniture all around on our hardwood floors, leaving countless large scratches across the entire living room. This was a simple lack of commen sense (again, hard to have if you’re high), or just carelessness. Either way, not a good impression.
Overall not a good experience. I would not recommend Professionalmen movers. Good luck if you want to take your chances.

The guys were very nice and professional but I don’t think they had very much experience in packing. They kept assuring me there was plenty of room right up to the end when I had to leave items because they didn’t fit. I requested about 6 items to be packed last, which they were, but I am unable to get them out because they are jammed in so tight. I will have to do a lot of unpacking to get them out. My pod is in storage so unknown what condition my stuff is in at this time.
