The movers had no moving straps or furniture dollies, which made the process extremely slow and they had difficulty moving furniture from upstairs. They were also more than half an hour late and forgot to move dresser drawers and failed to capture all of the fasteners from the desk and bed frame that they disassembled (I was finding fasteners, bolts, and nuts everywhere). I would not recommend using them.

the guys came to my home, did the work as requested and offered to clean up the packaging that the vanity was shipped in. I would use them again.

They set up my bed and moved several pieces of furniture. They unloaded my POD. They were quick and professional. It was cold and drizzling, but they said they had dressed for the weather. I would definitely use them again.

I used Professional Movers and Labor for loading two Pods and one U-Haul truck. They did a great job all three times. They were on time two out of three times, the one time they were late it did not matter and they called to let me know what time they would be there. They are hard workers and always send at least one guy that is great about packing things efficiently. They listened to my concerns and handled my property with care. The only negative I would mention is that they were not always mindful of dirt on their shoes and left some marks on my bathroom floors which were fairly easily removed. I would use this company again and would recommend them to friends.

Hire A Helper advised me Professionalmen would be at my home soon, and that I would be satisfied with their work because they are excellent, experienced packers and know exactly how to pack a POD. I was told to have a packing blanket for every piece of furniture for the packers to wrap my furniture. My furniture consisted of two open shelf cabinets and a four foot wooden bench. These pieces were already wrapped in padded moving paper, but it was old and coming apart. I asked for help to wrap them better with additional paper or blanket, but was told, not necessary, if you want to wrap the furniture do the best you can. So while I was wrapping the furniture the packers hurriedly loaded all the boxes with little regard to boxes marked glass or fragile, putting heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes. My 16 foot POD was loaded in approximately 40 minutes. After they left I realized enough tie downs weren't used to secure the boxes from falling during transport, so my son attached more. No, I would not use them again.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
