didnt use straps...packed poorly. not all my belongings made it onthe pod. had to leave things behind. bike, tools,lamps, vacum. dissapointed

I would highly recommend DeShaun and Geno these two men for your moving task. They were on time and did an outstanding job of do care handling and moving of my furniture. Stacked and placed all my furniture and box items as instructed. Appreciated their good attitude about the job and the difficult task they were at times confronted with to negotiate a stairwell or corner. Some workers warrant greater pay for a consistent job well done which I have notice in other reviews about DeShaun I can now attest to. I am most certain I will not hire anyone else outside of these individuals.

Look my family really is thankful for these young man!! Our furniture was very heavy not easy at all to carry!! They show no signs of unhappiness!! We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
