Very polite and quite efficient. The gentlemen made sure our needs were met. It appeared the furniture was covered well and they were very careful not to scratch walls or floors.I would highly recommend.....hard workers indeed.

I’m comparing this level of service to Two Men and a Truck, and this was terrible. The guys were sloppy, struggled with the furniture and often came extremely close to dropping large pieces or hitting the doorway. While nice, they just mostly struggled and shoved furniture in (often in ways that scratch the pieces) and I have unfortunately pretty expensive furniture. I wrapped almost everything but for a few outdoor pieces of teak chaise lounges, they just jammed it in there. They also didn’t use any ratchet straps I provided and the packing style was questionable at best. I really can’t recommend them to anyone else. I’ve seem much higher competency from other movers. Oh, and I think one guy dropped my $600+ mirror because I heard a crash and walked over to see him picking it back up. Not sure if it’s broken because it’s still in plastic wrap. Also I called for an earlier service than scheduled because it was going to rain later in the day and they never responded or returned my message. The guys just showed up two hours early with no notice.

The two men were at the job on time. The unloading was into storage. As usual, the truck had been loaded with boxes and bins near the front of the truck, and it would have been better to have taken the larger items at the rear off and set them aside to get to the front items first. It was raining somewhat, and this method was not pursued. The men worked hard and diligently and finished before the contracted time expiration. HireAHelper is a very good way to get good help.

They did a good job and were very polite. They dinged up and scuffed my walls fairly bad. To the point I'm going to have to hire someone to fix it so I can get my security deposit back when I leave

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
