I had the best moving experience ever. I was very pleased with their work. They were careful with my things and very swift. No laligaging around. No complaining about the HOT weather. They called ahead of time to ask me when I wanted them at the loading location, and arrived exactly at the time agreed. They were a good team and worked in harmony with each other. On time arrival to move the contents of my household into a provided U-Haul truck. Took the hired men 4.5 hours and during the move out, not a nick or scratch on my possessions nor any wall marks. Well worth my money spent.

Im only giving them two stars and not one because the men themselves were polite. I booked the movers to arrive between 10-11 am for four hours. At 1130 I called to see where they were. They blamed a clerical error and said they would have movers there in 20-30 minutes. they finally arrived at 1:20 Pm I showed them everything that needed to be loaded, including all boxes in the basement and garage. They told me the downstairs was complete and because I have a disability and didn't want to do the stairs two more times, I didn't check. The basement nor the garage were complete. After three hours they said it was all done. I had two 16 foot pods. They didn't even attempt to put things in in a manner so everything could fit even though I stressed that point. I ended up hiring another company to come and unload half of both pods, repack them and complete the job they said they did and didn't. It is my fault for trusting them. Never again.

We were met by DeShaun and David right on schedule, and they immediately made a quick assessment and then dug right in. Very positive, engaging and very professional. No task was too hard or to small for them to tackle, and they constantly made sure we were getting what we expected. It worked out better than we expected. I enjoyed talking with them both. I would give them my highest recommendation, and when we use the service again, I will try to request them. Both my wife and I were very pleased.

I was pleased by the crew.. they acted as pros.. they were all personable and easy to work with... I want the same crew when we unload in August. if possible.. Marco.. (I am bad at names) was one heck of a planner.... Gino (the big guy) was a brut.. and very efficient... De Shawn was very positive in what was being done... (great attitude) and Josh.... was a fun guy and a good worker... Would recommend this crew ..... The only bad thing is ... I hate moving... and these guy made my day by their attitudes..

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
