This is a difficult review to give as I'm both pleased with their work but have a few comments from those present to report back. I've already spoken with the Job superintendent about this and there is a difference of opinion about these items. I asked that he hear what I was saying and apply it wherever it did apply. Comments received back by the two ladies involved with the move are: 1) they arrived 9:30 and left 1:15. 2) generally they were less professional than expected; there were some suggestive comments made during the move which were not appreciated; the padlock for the container was buried inside under furniture so that another lock had to be procured and by the time the person returned with the lock, they had left, leaving the container unprotected and unlocked. 3) some damage was incurred to a desk.
However, they took everything apart and stored it tight in the container; one worker fell and insured his leg yet stayed to complete the job. It was due to the fall on ice that the desk was damaged so really not anything that could have been avoided.

We are beyond satisfied with the services provided by Professional Men Moving and Labor Services. There was excellent communication leading up to the move. The men arrived on time and prepared. They were respectful and careful with our goods and they were so positive and upbeat that they made the hard work of moving A LOT of stuff out of our house seem enjoyable. We have moved many times and hired labor services on many occasions and this was by far the best (and most enjoyable) company we've worked with. We will definitely use them again. We highly recommend Professional Men Moving and Labor services.

They were fast with unloading, and very courteous. They were very cautious with our stuff. But they didn't show up with materials to help put our furniture together (which was one of the reasons I had hired them--the posting said they did this.)

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
