Rudi and his partner Luis from Coast to Coast Moving Services were absolutely amazing and honestly worth every penny. I called HireAHelper Saturday morning in a panic since my family friend bailed on helping me pack a pod and within an hour they had found me a two man team to come the next morning and assist me. My stress level immediately went back down after the appointment was set up but I was still nervous since I had never had or packed a pod before.
As soon as Rudi and Luis showed up I realized I was in more than capable hands. Not only did they show up half an hour early, but they were extremely friendly and careful in handling all of my furniture. It was amazing to watch them work together to play Tetris with all of my boxes and furniture to get it all to fit. Even my Father-in-Law the moving/packing King was impressed :) I was ecstatic to have such efficient movers assisting me and I will definitely be considering Rudi and Coast to Coast Moving Services should I ever move again in the future.

Rudi and Jeese were great, they had to flex their schedul for another client, and called to see if i could flex. They showed up a little early and were ready to start. They assesd the items to be moved and started with out wasting a minute. I hired them for two hours and they got everything done and more that I expected them to do. They made sure items were paced where I wanted them and even moved a few things when I didnt like where they were. They were focused and I didnt see them stop during the two hours. They were very respectful and nice to work with. I would use them again and recemond them to anyone I know needing help with a move.

The guys were personable and polite. There was a huge mix up on time. I had scheduled 7am to 8am. They arrived at 8:30am. It started everything off awkwardly. We were ready by 7am. I had extra help because I really didn't want to go past three hours and I was imposing on family and friends, so we started loading the truck. I admit I panicked because of time constraints.The movers seemed annoyed by the extra help. I get it, we got in their way and this was their job. I had called Rudy and left a message to confirm four days before the move. HireAHelper also called. We had no response. When I mentioned to Rudy the time issue he said there was traffic, and about not returning calls he said "I guess I should return messages, but I'm just too busy." They worked hard, they were respectful of our belongings. I am not sure I would use them again.

took 2 guys, 2 hours and 8 minutes, there was a flight of stairs and the truck couldn't come right up to the front so there was a bit of a walk
