We were very pleased with the service Onward provided. They showed up on time and completed the job in 2 hours versus the 3 hours I had booked them for. They were not just laborers but they understand how to move items without damage. The unit was up 2 flights of stairs and they did a very good job. Would use them in the future.

Failed to tie up load properly. When the load arrived, some items had shifted. One POD could not be opened uñtil the unloaders had ti reach up and push the load away from the door. The first POD was loaded tight but the second POD had furniture thrown in with little stacking.
