They accommodated a last minute schedule change and made the entire process easy and quick.

The movers were incredibly professional, quick, and pleasant. We were so grateful for their help and hard work. Nothing was damaged or dinged and they even removed our fridge doors and reassembled to get into the narrow door frames.

They were supposed to show in the window of 11am-12pm . They arrived after 2pm as they decided to accept another job . They did complete our job, but we had to wait on them for 2 hours.

Mover's response:
Hey Chris! We do apologize for the late arrival. Crew members Miguel & Jay completed their 3rd job of the day earlier considering they had a 1 1/2 hour wait time from their 1st job to you, so to avoid that, they completed their unload 20min away. Crew kept you in the loop with their eta at 10:00am and Jennifer, your co worker told us to not arrive until after 12 noon! (Which pushes the arrival window from 11-12pm to 12-1pm) She (and you) made it aware to us last minute there was a freight trailer on site and the x ray machine needed to be taken off when it arrived. It was described to us, “x ray machine to be uncrated and moved on site by worker(s)” nothing including a truck or it being delivered. If we were made aware of that scenario, we would of happily arrived exactly at noon and would have had my crew handle their last job directly after you, to accommodate you. It seems like there was unorganization and lack of communication in your space. Apologies that we couldn’t satisfy your offices needs. Appreciate it!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Professional and efficient movers who are dedicated to providing the A+ service we strive for.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure all items & boxes are clearly marked, ready to go. All entryways are clear for movers to travel through. Any doors are propped as well as elevators reserved for the entirety of the move.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handle all interstate moving labor clients which include: Load, Unload, Piano & Safe moving.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Traveling throughout the state and meeting new people as well as seeing the various locations known around CT.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.

Furniture dolly or straps:
Provided free of charge is our Chicago style 4 wheel dolly, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
Various tools on hand for any disassemble/reassemble, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
our 2 in 1 conversion dolly is free to provide for any moving service, (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
One roll of plastic wrap used for the job, ($20.00/ea.)
Rope:
Straps are provided free of charge for load/unloads only. $15 fee for 2 ratchets for loads only, ($15.00/ea.)
