This was the only contact I have had with your crew TODAY! And again they were late again. In which you told me last night in text that you were sending a crew out at 7am so they would be here by 10am. In that amount of time and their estimated time for today I could have drove upstate and back. And yesterday they were to be here at 10am also and told me they would be here between 4-5pm and then by 7:30pm. It was to late because they were still 2hrs out. I really don’t think your crew wanted the job. And I lost all trust in them and your company. Do not recommend this company. UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????

Following the advice of our daughter-in-law who used them for their move several years ago, we were so very pleased with their service. The men arrived right on time and spent every minute (of 3.50 hours) working hard to unload our pretty full 26-ft rental truck to our 4th floor condo - all while having to patiently deal with a very slow elevator. They were extremely careful with everything. We highly recommend their services and will suggest to our HOA to add their name to their list of recommended service providers.

We booked for 3 hours because their ad said if we booked for 3 hours we would get 3 movers, only 2 showed up. Because of that it took longer than 3 hours and we wound up paying for an extra half hour. No big deal in it of itself but boxes clearly marked to go in certain rooms were found in different rooms. Stairs and door entryways suffered some damage and one of our dressers was scraped. All of our stuff made it into the house but definitely not organized or the way we expected. That being said they were definitely very polite and worked hard. Just wish the service was better organized and they brought a 3rd helper like their ad said they would.

All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.
