They showed up over 8 hours late and damaged my leather sofa

They did an excellent job! They got delayed on another job due to no fault of their own (it was their office's fault because they double booked them) but called us a couple of times to tell us about their arrival time. They were very, very careful in packing the truck so everything was secure and stable. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to other people!

This was booked a bit last minute (2-3 weeks in advance). We played email tag a bit trying to confirm details and they were over an hour late the day of the move. Fortunately, this was an unload so it all worked out as we were not in any immediate rush. The 2 guys had a great personality, worked quickly and carefully and kept us laughing. Our truck was emptied and our house was filled all within an hour and a half.

Dave and Edward arrived on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job!!! They were able to load the furniture and many, many boxes I had into the pod within the 2 hours and enabled me to bring all the items packed by carefully loading the boxes in an organized way. Both guys were friendly and I cannot say enough about the service.

We rented a 16 ft storage pod A plus came out and did an awesome job. It was unbelievable how much they were able to pack in it and pack it efficiently. The best thing about A plus though is their work ethic they work non stop and take great care in moving your possessions. So glad I chose them!

Anthony and his helper were fantastic! I hired them to move heavy furniture from the family room to the basement and vice versa. They were a few minutes early, not late! And polite, professional and courteous the entire time. They worked hard, worked smart, and didn't break or scratch a thing. I will definitely hire them again, and would recommend them highly. All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.
