Movers packed items poorly resulting in damage
Movers refused to use the blankets provided for the furniture
Many items were not wrapped properly resulting in dirt on items
Some of the movers did not keep their mask on even though they had agreed to do so.

This is an excellent company. They did a great job and were very considerate of our belongings. They worked hard the entire time, I really couldn’t be happier with their performance. They called while they were en route to say there was an accident on the road and they would be a little late, which I really appreciated. And even then they arrived almost on time. I would use this company again for sure.
