Steve and his helper from GottaGetGoingMovers were the best! Communication and being on-time are 2 extremely important values to me. Steve called me twice to advise that he received my inquiry then to confirm their ETA. They were on-time and ready to work immediately. During the move he continued to communicate on his strategy of loading the truck and was respectful in asking my opinion. He really hustled and worked hard. On a few occasions he took items out of my hands to make my life easier. The reason that I chose GGGMovers is b/c in one of the previous reviews I read that a customer used him twice. I could not agree more with the that post and will use them again 100%.

I had a very bad experience with these movers and wish I had an option to select no stars. The only thing good about them is they tried to be on time with traffic permitting. They were really good for the first 20 mts and that's it. They were very slow, inefficient and damaged my sofa & couch, Closet, my reclining bedframe and a few boxes. They did not finish the job in 3 hours and ignored my plea to stay for an extra hour (as confirmed by HIREAHELPER that they would be) with the exact following words from the owner (who is also one of the guys on the job) "HIREAHELPER does not know this is my business and i say I am closed". They did the worst job of loading a container and by the time they left there was 30% of the stuff still in my apartment. towards the end they just threw stuff in the container just to make it look full. Because of the situation they left me in, i had to reschedule my relocation and request my new employer that i would NOT be able to join the job for another week and even LOST my pay for a week. I had to hire guys outside of HOME DEPOT and they literally had to empty the container and reload it. They did an awesome job in less than the time i hired them for...On top of all this the owner blames their ineptitude on me and that me watching my stuff (without getting in their way) is the cause of their inefficieny. Me asking the right questions because i felt like they were NOT doing it right is causing delays in their work. My questions/concerns were 100% accurate at the end of the day....
I would never ever hire these guys and i hope nobody else ends up in the same situation as mine for hiring these guys

I was going to try to get this done myself but I was injured so after getting a bit of the work done I ended up calling Gotta get going movers. I had been researching for some time before choosing them for a couple weeks so i was sure they were the group I wanted to try out. I am glad I did. I contacted them last minute really and didn't expect them to be able to help me out but they called back immediately and sent someone out right away with all their supplies. The two young men they sent out were really good natured, hard working and polite. They took great care in moving the fridge and any other heavy items. Their Jenga skills in the moving truck were top notch as well. Joel and Abel did a great job and Steve was great too. I would highly recommend/rehire them.

Steve, Adrian, and Rojas worked really hard to get all my stuff in the moving truck quickly and safely. They were very careful with all my stuff and treated it like I would. I would absolutely hire these guys again!

Mr. Sanchez and his partner moved my king size bedroom set from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor for a company pickup.The furniture was handled with care & I would use them again. They kept me informed of their ETA due to freeway traffic & switched to using side streets.

Great job from Steven and James. Great communication prior to the job, traffic was bad on the morning of the job, but they kept me updated on arrival time. Very courteous and helpful throughout the move. Will definitely hire Gotta Get Going Movers again!

Customers should have all boxes packed ,electronics and appliances disconnected and ready for us to go and pick up and load

My guys all get put thru moving labor phases like the 1st phase is padding furniture and household items to packing all fragile glass 2nd phase is always use your gear and make loads.
