From the moment the job was confirmed to its completion, Steve Sanchez and his hardworking crew were professional, respectful and compassionate. This was a hard experience for my 97 year old father who had lived in his home for 31 years. As his daughter and a Realtor, I know how stressful moving can be and how important it is to communicate. These two quickly filled in for a company that no-showed and worked their tails off to get a lot of heave stuff downstairs and loaded in the truck. They wrapped and strapped our furniture better than most large moving companies. Definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for fast, reliable loaders!

The movers I originally scheduled three months in advance screwed up my reservation without my awareness. They were supposed to arrive between 2-4pm the day I was moving and I called around 3pm only to find out they screwed up my reservation and had no one to move me. Total last minute I have to rent a 16 ft. truck and move myself. I turned to HireAHelper and they totally saved my ass. They were able to recruit Steve of Gotta Get Going Moving & Services. He was already out on a job so couldn't get to me till 7:30pm. But I have him for four hours and he and his associate helped us tremendously. He was very professional and worked his ass off. I trusted him and was so grateful he was able to help me out in a bind. I give him my highest recommendation. I only wish I could repay him with a trip to Fiji. He really deserves it! Thank you, Steve for saving our asses! We will definitely work with you again!

I realized I was rolling into town late (after 8pm) and wanted to just get everything out of the truck that night. They were available last minute, called to assure me they were here to support me (talk about comforting during a big transition!), and were flexible on my arrival time. They were waiting for me when I pulled up and got straight to work. We were done in half the time and they were great about bringing boxes to various parts of the house. Highly recommend!

Customers should have all boxes packed ,electronics and appliances disconnected and ready for us to go and pick up and load

My guys all get put thru moving labor phases like the 1st phase is padding furniture and household items to packing all fragile glass 2nd phase is always use your gear and make loads.
