I received a phone call shortly after booking them and confirmed all details for our move. The crew showed up right on time and worked diligently the entire time until our moving truck was empty, which included several large pieces of heavy furniture as well as a piano. They took extra caution when using the dolly to protect the furniture. I will definitely use them again if we have to move.

My biggest problem with the crew was that they did not follow the request to shrink wrap ALL pieces of furniture. Most of my furniture, small and large and even mirrors, are family heirlooms and will be in storage for a while. So protecting them with shrink wrap was my ONLY request. This lack of respect for my items was disappointing and has created frustrating extra work and expense on my families part. I was not personally present for the move, as I was in the hospital, however my distressed family was and requests are requests; which should have been clarified and granted.
The crew was on time, and they worked hard. But I'm not so sure I would recommend this service or use it again.

Luke & Wayne called when they were on their way and said when they would be here and they showed up 5 min early and went right to work. They worked hard as a team and were very professional. They were very respectful of all our things and our house! They finished on time and I would definitely recommend them to others!!! Good job guys!

Our movers worked really hard to carefully unload a freight trailer we used to move across the country. They were very respectful of our stuff and we will definitely try to use them the next time we move. We were really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done.

Daniel, the crew chief, was timely, organized and a very good worker. He knows how to manage a crew. Moving my baby grand piano was a new experience for him and his crew even though they had moved many an upright piano before. They took extreme care and caution moving and setting it up. Make sure you tip these movers well because they don't make much per hour. I tipped them each $50 because they worked hard, took care of my family heirlooms and expected perfection in their work.

Manager is rude and disrespectful. Workers were slow and negligent. Hire a helper charged me $196 for 2 helpers for 2 hours; the paperwork the helpers brought said I was being charged $135. Not sure why i was charged so much through this site Hire a helper said the company would provide moving accoutrements such as blankets/tie downs/shrink wrap etc....i discussed what I needed with manager day before but helpers only showed up with about 8 blankets. Needless to say, blankets onitty my stuff was ruined. Hire a helper have me a window from 8-10 am for service; company didn't show up until after 10 am and didn't have the right equipment and didn't get started until nearly 11 am. Truck wa not pavked efficiently and had to make two trips. Unprofessional company with extremely unprofessional and incompetent management!!!
