I hired I & O Moving to move my furniture into a storage POD and again 4 weeks later to move it back into my house. For both moves, they arrived within the time window we agreed on. The crew was very professional and efficient, but also friendly. It was especially nice that for the move back into the house, the company sent two of the same men, so they were familiar with the house and where the furniture was going.
My late husband worked his way through college working for a moving company and we moved pretty often when we were young, so I know how the move should be handled. These guys were top notch!

These guys were outstanding. I hired two helpers for two hours for a pretty simple move five minutes away. We do not have a lot of stuff but with a young one I needed help. They arrived early and worked quickly.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
