It’s been a horrible experience. I was told that they are professional and will finish the job on time however it does not seem to be that way. They took their time and took 6 hours to finish the job. Had to pay extra hundreds of dollars. All furnitures left with chips and scratches.
We take pride in our work and apologize if you felt anything less than satisfied.
My lead worker pointed out all the chips/scratches on your furniture before moving and loading into our truck.
Noted on contract you requested for a small truck however our company used a large truck which explains why the move took longer. The inventory was more than what was disclosed as the large truck was completely full.
In addition, you were not at both locations which could make it extremely hard to communicate properly.
We are professionals and strive to make all our clients happy during every move. If there was a concern, it would've been resolved, if it was mentioned immediately.

Arrived a little late from an earlier job. The three workers were friendly, worked hard, fast and carefully. Couldn't believe how much they fit in a 16 ft. Pod. Actually finished a bit early. Very happy with their service. Yes, would hire them again.

Above and Beyond! Morning started so easy, then came the elevator difficulties. Rather than call it a day, and leave what wouldn't fit, they thought about the situation, called in a 3rd mover who was on his day off and was gracious enough to come help carry 2 large & heavy pieces of furniture down 3 flights of stairs & up 2 more flights to get it out of the building. As if that wasn't bad enough, they then had truck difficulties on the interstate; it wouldn't go above 35 mph and dropped to 25 with the AC on. Brave men opted to sweat it out. Hot, humid and sticky day and the whole time they never, ever got upset, lost their sense of humor or lost themselves during this debacle. Evening time when done and a long drive back from NJ to NY. I never had the luxury before of a moving company and I highly reccomend the professionals at Move the Right Way and would willingly use them again if the need should arise. From my application for a mover, to the final interaction to close out my account I was never left with a feeling of "what the heck" or regrets of conducting business with them. Everyone from the office staff to the movers made sure I was informed and comfortable with what was happening. Thank You!

Have everything ready to go! Everything should be in boxes (NO PLASTIC BAGS) and should be ready to go(lamps,radios,misc.) In our experience things go a lot smoother when things are ready to go.
