They were on time, came prepared with supplies, and were respectful of our property making sure to communicate expectations. They worked hard and stayed on task. I would definitely recommend them. The only disappointing thing was some of the sofa cushions that are dry clean only were found pretty dirty when unloaded, probably from the inside of the truck, but wish they were better protected.

EXCELLENT customer service. Joe assured us he and his crew could fit all of our belongings in one PackRat container. He was right so we were able to cancel a second container and we saved a lot of money. Highly recommend Heavy Foot Movers
