Two movers arrived at the scheduled time. Introduced themselves and asked to see inside the house to familiarize themselves with layout of rooms. Proceeded to unload the truck and took items directly to designated areas. They both worked very hard and finished unloading in the time quoted for the job. I recognized the one mover from my previous move 2 years ago. This is the second time I have used B.A.C. and I Highly recommend them. They were careful with my furniture. I have moved to a smaller home and had many heavy boxes stored in the basement. They said "NO Problem" and stacked the boxes neatly. Would definitely use B.A.C. again!

BAC movers were excellent. They quickly reached out to me after scheduling my move to coordinate and determine what needed to be done.
On the day of the move their was a severe accident and the scheduled movers could not make it, but BAC contacted me and made arrangements to get the move later in the day.
When BAC arrived they quickly started moving items from my apartment. They were quick and careful with all my belongings down the 3 flights of stairs. At the new house they were very quick at unloading and moving heavy furniture into the rooms we needed.
Overall it was an excellent experience and I would absolutely use them or recommend them again to anyone.

Absolutely can't recommend B.A.C. Moving services enough. They showed up on time, got to work right away and got the job done a half hour earlier then expected. All the while every one of the 4 person crew were cheerful and courteous to my whole family.
Not only will we use them next time we move, I won't dread the idea of moving so much knowing we can hire these guys to take care of everything.

Brad Croto and his co-worker were GREAT! They showed up earlier than scheduled (not late) and he telephoned 20 minutes ahead to let me know they were on the way. The moving day was cool and wet/rainy with an "all-day soaker" forecast & yet they worked quickly and efficiently. We had the 17-foot truck packed in less than an hour, we drove to the new residence and we were fully unpacked in less than an hour. It was amazing, they actually loaded & unloaded a 3BR/2BA apartment within two hours. I did not sustain any property damage of any kind, they were very careful with the contents as well as the domicile. Brad even offered to disassemble & reassemble certain pieces.
I would give the HIGHEST possible recommendation, B.A.C Moving is exemplary. I wish more young folks had this kind of work ethic.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A phone call about the order that is booked and a friendly conversation. Once the client requests a quote BAC will provide a basic estimate based on the information provided. The client can request an in home estimate which allows BAC to accurately provide the best price possible. Once the quote has been accepted, BAC requires a 50% deposit once date for move has been confirmed. The customer will be called the day before the move for additional confirmation. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Timely arrival and a call 20 minutes before arrival on move day. Uniformed crew, well groomed young men, that enjoy physical labor. Expect us to bring Handtruck, tools, and other equipment you may have requested.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label everything you can; most importantly, fragile items. Use color coding with room names if possible. Anything to make moving day less work for you. Ask yourself the following questions before calling BAC Moving Services. - How many pieces of furniture do you require us to move? - Do you have any items over 200lbs? (safe, entertainment center, piano, etc) - Aprox. how many boxes? - Do you require us to pack for you? - Do you require assembly of any items?
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled 1 item moves, piano moves, local full service including packing and truck, packing only jobs, long distance moves, office moves with stairs or elevators, and labor only where the customer provides the truck.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
BAC enjoys the physical labor, feeling satisfied, and not needing to worry about the gym for that day. Talking to & getting to know customers. Seeing how satisfied the customers are after the completion of a job and at the end of the move when they are relieved that everything got inside safely. Our clients satisfaction provides joy in our company.

Basic lifting skills, advanced lifting techniques for long carry, Piano moving, hoisting & balancing, maneuvering/cornering & tight corridors, tool & equipment scenario tests, and customer service skills training.
