Anthony moved around quite a bit during his time in the military (literally all over the world) and felt he could better serve customers from a place of understanding the stresses involved. The movers were amazing and so personable! They call before to confirm and then again when they were on the way. They arrived on time and did a great job of packing the Pod. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Texted me to with estimated arrival time and were here on time. Very fast and efficient. They were Friendly and communicated well about what they were doing and what they needed. Would definately hire them again.

Read the fine print before you do business with these people. They charge you for an estimated number of hours up front and if less time is needed they do not credit you for that time (it is in the depth of the fine print). Worse when they finished in 2 hours vs the 3 hours charged no mention was made of the fact that even though it took on my 2 hours I would be charged for 3. Had I known this I would have had the people who came spend another hour moving applicable boxes to where they needed to be in the house. Really lame and very deceptive.

Mover's response:
Yes, very important to understand our policies, terms, and conditions! Many of our customers intentionally book more time than they think they’ll need to guarantee we will be there for unexpected needs.

Nonetheless, we care tremendously about customer service and offered you a full refund on the unused time as soon as you expressed concern. We have yet to hear back from you.

Also, the day we worked for you we offered several times to stay longer and accomplish more; you declined. When we left you seemed very happy with our work and expressed as much with a generous tip.

This review is surprising on all accounts.

Anthony and Nick showed up on time and were very professional and supportive of our needs. Anthony was always asking about additional items to be loaded. Anthony made sure I understood how everything was being loaded and what i needed to do for the remaining household items that have not been boxed or packed to load into the PODS. they were excellent

Anthony and Nick were fantastic! They showed up early with all of the equipment necessary to complete our move. We lived on the third floor of an apartment building with no elevator, and they were able to accommodate this added challenge very well. Their expertise with moving and packing the moving pod was great, as they were able to fit more items into our pod than we thought we'd be able to. We can't recommend them enough if you need help with moving!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

We will send you an email within 24 hours after booking a move with the best recommendations we have learned to offer over the many years we have been moving professionally.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have not seen it all (not sure that's possible). But we have seen a lot: tiny moves, entire furnished apartments buildings completely changed out, junk removal, billionaires with high-end homes, professional athletes, homeless (hey, they have stuff too and sometimes, ya just gotta help somebody), office moves, cross-country, international...the list goes on.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, seeing new parts of town are all pretty cool too :)

What training do you provide your crew members?

All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.
