They were on time. They worked hard. They were respectful of myself and my belongings. Never did they slow down the whole time they were here.

Inexperienced and slow. For example, took 15 minutes to wrap a sofa and never used a furniture dolly. Carried 1 or 2 boxes at a time. Wouldn't recommend. Owner talked to me about this complaint. I suggested they need to observe professional movers to understand how to do a move correctly. They arrived early and were polite.
p.s. Pathway from house to truck did not permit the use of dollies.

The team arrived on-time, were very professional, knew their business well & packed our POD using every inch of space, were very courteous & respectful of us, our property & belongings. The Lead, Ira was very knowledgeable about the work to be accomplished -he is to be commended highly & the crew’s teamwork was amazing to watch! They were all very pleasant with us! Anthony’s calm demeanor on the phone kept me in a calmer state, thank goodness. We would use Sitter’s again for sure!!

Excellent job! Despite what I had requested online, after communicating with them we had agreed to have the movers come a day early. Even then, they came 1/2 hr earlier than our agreed upon time. Movers were courteous, efficient and even funny! Would definitely use again.

Point person Anthony made contact with me a couple of times prior to confirm & answer questions. Nate & James arrived early. They worked very fast & smart. Packed a 16’ pod & moved all furniture downstairs in under 3 hours!! Crazy fast. I’m very grateful.

i highly recommend Sitters Movers. Before the move, Anthony answered all my questions (and there were many). On moving day, the guys came on time, determined what was to be done, organized the best way to do it, and had all the tool sat the ready. Not only did they take great care with my furniture, but even gave me helpful info on how to handle certain items on the other end of the move (which is out of State). They actually made the whole process a pleasure!

The only concern, was with Sitters, had contracted out to a third-party without any communication. Nonetheless, the movers were Awesome!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will send you an email within 24 hours after booking a move with the best recommendations we have learned to offer over the many years we have been moving professionally.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have not seen it all (not sure that's possible). But we have seen a lot: tiny moves, entire furnished apartments buildings completely changed out, junk removal, billionaires with high-end homes, professional athletes, homeless (hey, they have stuff too and sometimes, ya just gotta help somebody), office moves, cross-country, international...the list goes on.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, seeing new parts of town are all pretty cool too :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
