I enthusiastically recommend Sitter's Movers. Communication before our move was friendly, prompt and efficient. Our two movers were on time and ready to start immediately. They worked together very well, and remembered directions easily. They were also pleasant to work with. To my amazement, when unburdened, they would run! Their energy and focus was admirable. Their intelligence, work ethic, and general kindness made our move much easier, straightforward and pleasant than I ever imagined. We have been unpacking for four days and everything is in good shape: furniture and boxed objects. This is the first time hired movers have moved my belongings and have taken the same care with them that I would. I will use them again. No question.

Matt and Bronson showed up a few minutes early, looking professional, introduced themselves and got right to work. They were extremely respectful of my furniture, asking specific questions on how I would prefer to have items wrapped, when there were choices. They worked hard for 4 hours and were able to fit everything into my large POD container. In addition, the service from Anthony, the owner was superb. He confirmed the move shortly after I submitted the request, followed up a couple of days before the actual move, answered all my questions both via email and telephone and was a pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend Sitter's Movers again and if I move back in a year as I'm planning, will be calling them to handle another POD move. A great experience!

Hire these guys, because they save you money by being on time, work hard the whole time they are on the job, are careful with your stuff, find ways to solve the unexpected that happens with every move that can cost you money and stress ( this is where going with the lowest bid isn't your best deal) and they are respectful, honest and know their business! I have moved over 18 times for work and these guys are the best I have ever hired. The company is headed by a former marine corps officer --so when you want a job done and done right-- Send in the Marines!! Seriously, the training in logistics and leadership is evident--these are my movers from now on!!! 10 stars!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you via text and email within 24 hours of booking your order to acknowledge receipt and introduce ourselves. We will also call you two business days prior to the move to discuss the details of your move and answer any questions and/or instructions you have for us. You are welcome to reach out to us as much as you like to!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will be on time. To be early is to be on time and our guys aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to perform a walk through with you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will send you an email within 24 hours after booking a move with the best recommendations we have learned to offer over the many years we have been moving professionally.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have not seen it all (not sure that's possible). But we have seen a lot: tiny moves, entire furnished apartments buildings completely changed out, junk removal, billionaires with high-end homes, professional athletes, homeless (hey, they have stuff too and sometimes, ya just gotta help somebody), office moves, cross-country, international...the list goes on.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I started doing this because I wanted to get paid to work out. I'm still doing this because I find tremendous joy in serving people in a part of life that is often pretty stressful. It's very satisfying to tangibly see the work you've accomplished for someone else. Meeting new people, spending a lot of the day outside, seeing new parts of town are all pretty cool too :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew are background checked and carefully screened. A crew member is required to have a minimum of 40 hours of on-the-job training prior to working for our customers.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
