Semi-professional crew. The main guy had an good idea of what he was doing, the other one did not which made the loading way longer than needed. There were multiple pieces that I requested be wrapped and he were not, needless to say they got damaged. There were pieces that did not get strapped and I pointed them out. Several of them ended up sliding hard into the truck and damaging it, now I'm responsible for it. If I pay for professional services I expect that. The thing that they did good is that they stayed until the job was finished. I think they are used to doing local moving jobs and I moved 1600 miles. The packing was not done to stand that.

We were very pleased with the work done by Not My Parents Garage, LLC, in unloading our truck into our storage area. Although they apparently took a wrong turn on their way to our storage area, they called from the road ahead of the time they were expected and let us know when they would arrive. The two employees were hard-working and efficient, and took great care with our furniture. I would definitely hire them again.
