We hired Oregon Packing and Loading to load our 2-bedroom house into a POD for transport from Oregon to Arizona. While communicating with Ryan was a bit challenging--he asked me to text a few days before the load to confirm and I got an emoji as a reply, which I had to look up to translate because I am decidedly uncool--he came with his team to load our POD because he'd sent all his hand trucks out on other jobs. So that was nice, and since I went out and rented a hand truck before they arrived, the job went really quickly. Ryan stayed in the truck to load things, and the two other guys moved things out of the house and staged them for him. When we opened our container on the other end, however, it became clear that Ryan sacrificed care in the process of being fast. He didn't tie off any of the sections of the load, which shifted and fell against the back of the container as it was being moved. We had to force open the door, and things were all over the place and visibly damaged. The guys who unloaded the POD kept calling me out to look at things before they moved them so I'd know that they weren't responsible for the damage. Though I provided many moving blankets, Ryan opted not to use them so that I could return them and save money. Now I'll be spending that money and then some to repair a bunch of damage. I'm very disappointed, and now I know what Ryan meant when he said I'd overtipped them.

These guys were awesome! Pleasant guys. I've used movers before and not all of them were easy to get along with, and you'd be surprised how important that is!

I got a confirmation that this company would help me move, but they were a no show. Called their number multiple times and only went to voice mail. Very stressful as I sat at home with a truck I had rented and no one to help.

It's never easy to choose a company to help handle all of your belongings. We moved from Indiana to Oregon and needed help unloading our 16' truck. Not only was the communication phenomenal, the staff were extremely punctual and professional. They saved us hours of back-breaking work by unloading our truck quickly and efficiently while being very respectful of our items and our new apartment. I would highly recommend this company and will contact them again for our next move!

These guys were completely professional, fun and hard working, I believe Ryan Tweed was the lead and Justin was here both guys were awesome and I would request them personally next time. They had to work in some pretty bad weather but never skipped a beat. I would use them again for sure.
