I have been through tons of moves and Michael and Mike were hands hands-down the best movers I have ever used. They went above and beyond to make sure our packing and loading job was completed 100% incident free. They treated our stuff as if it was their own. They even disassembled an expensive sauna, carefully wrapping every individual piece. Other movers didn’t even want to touch it. I couldn’t believe how much stuff they fit in our Pod! It was packed so tight and perfectly; definite Tetris masters. On top of it all, they were just plain nice guys. I’m not the type to write reviews, but these guys really earned it!

Michael stepped in on short notice (late in the afternoon the day before the move) and was in immediate contact to assess the situation and how to make the job a success. He and Mike then did an excellent job today unloading our truck. They were careful, considerate and communicative throughout. They worked quickly and professionally to get the job done within the allotted time with zero issues. They were both very nice and caring. I would use them again without hesitation. I’m not someone who normally writes reviews, but they earned this one.

Hired them through a third party service and there was an issue with scheduling. They went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved and I got taken care of. They showed up on time and got to work unloading my moving container. They took good care of all of my items and made sure not to ding up any walls or doorways. I would use them again and would recommend them.

We had two helpers come help us load our moving truck. They were punctual and friendly. They were worth every penny - they had the truck loaded so efficiently and carefully, we were able to return the second smaller truck we estimated we needed. They were flexible and stayed an hour and a half extra after we asked and paid. Again, hugely positive experience, and wish I could tuck them in my back pocket!

Michael - the owner was beyond rude when he called prior to the job. If it hadn't been right before and I wasn't in need of the work being done I would've cancelled. Thankfully the 2 movers who arrived to do the work were friendly and personable. The owner then called Hire A Helper and cancelled the 2nd part of our job less than 2 days prior, and we were unable to find replacement quickly enough to meet our needs. Would not use them again!

For us to give a confirmation call before the start time to let the customer know that we are on our way, and arrive on time and handle items with care, while preventing any damages in the process...
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...
What training do you provide your crew members?
I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
