Had to do a last minute unpack due to a military move and we had two gentlemen who came out to help unload a 26' truck. They came through and got us taken care of in a stressful situation.

My worker only took 2 hours to complete their moving. I’m requesting the extra 1 hour 88.00 dollars that was charged to my account. The worker’s was very professional and attentive to the needs of the customer.

I’m unconvinced that the movers who showed up were actual professionals.
The good: they showed up on time and were very polite.
The bad:
Everything else. Instead of taking the dressers/large furniture out first (which I assume you should go in first.) but I’m not a universe so that’s why I hired someone, they started taking out bags and totes. When they did take out the dressers they were hitting the walls and doors. There was dog feces on the sidewalk and although I noticed it and told them, they continued to step on it and tracked it in/out of the truck. The truck was not packed well, and because of this it had to be unloaded and moved around; the movers set the bags in the dog crap! More than once! And finally, while moving my $1500.00 mattress in/out of the truck it eventually toppled out into the DOG POOP! It took 15 minutes to scrub it out of my pillow top.
Ultimately, after they left, we had to rearrange the truck and strap everything in so it doesn’t shift during our 1000 mile drive back to Florida.
I have never NOT tipped for a service until today. Very disappointed with this service.
