The two men that came and helped us did a great job. They were both really quick at unloading/loading, and also helped re-assemble furniture in our home. We would definitely use them again!

The helpers arrived and one helped themselves to the customer's closed restroom within 15 minutes. Did not wash hands during pandemic after using restroom (and before touching the customer's stuff). Damaged my door frame when moving my couch in. Threw their disposable gloves into my POD as if it was their personal garbage dump. One of them could not be bothered to turn around to talk to the customer. He had been sitting away from me on the stairs. They ignored me and waited for the second guy to come talk to me. $483.02 for a 45 minute job, so they got paid over $600 an hour for their unprofessional help.

The guys arrived early and packed a cube for a long distance move within a hour. There’s no way I could have figured out how to maximize the space. We fit everything we wanted to move. They worked quickly and efficiently and they couldn’t have been better!
