Did their job, but was not carefully take care of big items. You need to watch & remind them not to hit the wall. Also we found our mirror was finally left in the truck after they left, they did not check carefully see if they've brought everything.

I had two wonderful men help me with my move. Moe and Matt were on time (they actually arrived early, but waited to make sure I was ready before knocking on my door), VERY pleasant, and eager to start. Both men were incredibly professional, polite, strong, and fast! Not once did either man complain about anything when hauling stuff up from my basement, staging the items in my garage, or loading/offloading the truck. This move happened on a 95+ degree day. When it's time for me to move again, I will definitely ask for Moe and Matt by name.

Greg and Randy at ReloPro were fantastic at unloading our pod. The other company that loaded our pod never bothered to call me back despite promising to do so; I suppose Quality customer service was not the number One priority for those Movers. Greg and Randy at ReloPro were hard workers who went above and beyond what I expected. 1) I had knocked some trim loose during the unloading and they hammered it back in for me. 2) When we wanted to re-arrange a couple of things that they had already moved it was a non-issue. 3) I learned about an hour into the unloading (about 1:30 PM) that they postponed lunch so that they would be on time. Besides these examples they came ready, willing, and able to help us out. They were careful with our stuff and house to ensure neither was damaged. I'd recommend these professionals to anyone.

Quinton and Randy were awesome loaders. They worked efficiently and with great care. They were very personable and fun to be around. I'm very pleased with the way the load traveled to our destination. Everything was in great shape when it was time to unload the truck. Great customer service! These guys are awesome. I have used Relopro for 3 or 4 moves now. Each time they have taken great care of me. Jason and his guys are great. This move, Mo and his guys moved our stuff and they were amazing. Took great care of our things, masters of packing everything in, and very quick, kind, and courteous. Definitely recommend them!

We're over two hours late. Had confirmed with Jason the previous day. If I hadn't called to question it would've been worse. After a crew did come, a second crew tribes. This created chaos, as items I wanted to put in my car were buried in the front of the trailer. Later we learned some items were taken from boxes we were still packing and transferred to others. I had to unpack the trailer and reload many things in order to get stuff like contacts out while we waited to close on our new house. All we really needed were the big things moved. No offer of a discount for the trouble and I was already too far behind schedule to haggle.
