Originally scheduled to have two 16' storage units unloaded for 9:00 AM. The company that was supposed to deliver both units called at the last minute and said they wouldn't be able to deliver them until 1:30 PM. I immediately called ReloPro and they rescheduled without any problems. Guys did a three hour job in less than two hours. Outstanding job!!

It was late in the day and there wasn't a lot of hustle. One guy seemed to be giving a lot of instruction to the other, and that slowed things down as well. Overall, I'm happy they showed up, but I'll probably try someone else next time.

We had the best experience with HireAHelper.com in the St. Charles/St. Louis, MO area. Our team of two bent over backwards to help in every way, including being flexible in when they came, how long they stayed, and what they did. They totally accommodated our needs and, without their help, we couldn't have unloaded the 17' u-haul truck filled-to-the-brim with heavy boxes and furniture. They were absolutely terrific and conscientious about not damaging anything. We would DEFINITELY use their services again and recommend others to do the same. Thank you...thank you...thank you.

They were two hours late. They were prepared for the job; however, they were extremely slow. They insisted on disassembling every piece of furniture that could be taken apart (tables/chairs). I feel this wasted time. They spent more time trying to figure out HOW to load the truck versus actually loading the truck. This move should have taken four hours - it took 8.5 hours. I feel they moved slow to make more money from me. I hired them to move my furniture and boxes because I have a back injury. In reality, they were there to only 'help', not to be the primary movers. They asked me to help them unload the truck to save time. I would not use this service again.

ReloPro did a great job with our move. We asked them to arrive early in the morning and they were right on time! We were concerned about not having enough space in our pod but the effectively loaded everything and we were able to take extra things with us! Joe and his team were quick yet careful with our furniture. Everything wa loaded securely and without incident. We would recommend their services.
