The crew that unloaded was phenomenal extremely helpful beyond the expected.
The crew that loaded ,I said they were awesome, but they were not. The way they packed my personal belongings was totally unacceptable.. the the entire load.
I talked to outside advice,they said every 6 feet should’ve had straps or ropes. I was never asked for either. An antique vintage Coca-Cola 6 foot sign was bent in half furniture damage right and left boxes, crushed in appropriate stacking putting light boxes on the bottom. Heavy on the top just throwing things in. I’m just beside myself we definitely have to file the claim.

Wow did these superheroes hustle and carry things down the stairs that I didn’t think was possible!! Also, they must be master Tertris players because I honestly don’t know how they safely fit all my things in the Pod. I had a backup plan to rent a van for the overflow - and SO grateful to not need it due to their packing skills! It would have been a nightmare driving a rental van cross country in the snow. So what I paid was worth every single penny!! Really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy too.

They did a good job of loading the pod. They were an hour and a half late - they communicated they were stuck in traffic and would be about an hour late.
One of our movers was polite and did a great job organizing the pod. The other mover spent a lot of time stopping to talk and offended my family several times by the things he was saying. When the payment was due, he told me a phone number to call and said I could put it on speakerphone (why?). I put my earbuds in and went outside to call the number. This man literally stalked me throughout my house to see if I had done it. I let him know I had spoken to customer service and they were going to call me back to see if they could refund the additional time we didn't use. He proceeded to tell me they would refund me and he would call them for me. We heard him YELL at someone on the phone and then stalked me again to see if they had called me back. He called customer service again and then started telling the person on the phone to refund me some time and forced me to take his phone to talk to the person on the phone.
While they were fast and everything seems loaded solidly, the overall unprofessional attitude of Dave is something I could have lived without. It was creepy to be followed around in my own house and it made me (a woman) incredibly anxious. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
