If I could give them six or seven stars, I would! Lee, Shannon and Eric were wonderful and saved me on Sunday and Monday after a Saturday move did not take care of all that we needed to transfer. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and sympathetic. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings, and worked tirelessly. I say that we are never moving again, but if we do, I know who to call. Very very happy customer!

The afternoon before they were supposed to show, they call me to say that they cannot make the timeframe which was scheduled but would need to move it back to late evening. Then, just when I was about to say OK, they said they would have to increase the charge because the job before had a four man crew and so they needed to use a four man crew instead of three. The caller said he had tried to call twice previously, but no messages were left. This is unacceptable. They accepted the job. Funny thing is, I was almost ready to schedule them for two more jobs on this move. Pitiful service, left me hanging for help on a move.

The two men who arrived to help were very polite and extremely careful in handling my furniture. They were very helpful and completed the job in about an hour and a half. Nothing was damaged and they were very careful not to scrape or scratch any of the walls while bringing the furniture in. Some of the pieces were quite heavy and again they were very careful not to damage anything. Extremely pleased with their assistance. They were on time and although it was very cold out they took the time to do the job right. Would definitely recommend them and use them if necessary in the future,

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
