The guys arrived promptly and seemed to be hardworking. It was obvious they were somewhat at odds with each other and they packed the moving truck with fragile items on top and damaged several pieces of furniture. I have several antique pieces of furniture and they didn't seem to respect the fragile nature of the pieces.

Movers were 4 hours late. They originally communicated they would be an one hour late because they were delayed at the previous job. This turned into 2 hours, they didn't arrive until 4 hours later which was 7pm. The movers were understandably exhausted so the items were rushed in and just placed on the floor. Nothing was put together nor arranged in away that would make it easy to unpack. This reflects extremely poor management and scheduling. Another crew should have been sent when the delay was realized. The movers were courteous and respectful but exhausted which caused sloppy mistakes. Whats worse is no recourse has been offered by the company with respect to discounted rate or additional hours at no charge. Very disappointed that there was no attempt to make this right.

The reason I can't give a 5 star, if because they were extremely later than was expected. I think the company over books their workers. But once they got there, and yes, we were moving in the dark! Once they got there they were great! And got it all done!

The helpers arrived on time, asked us what we needed, and moved everything quickly and efficiently! They finished loading our POD with time to spare and then helped us move some furniture that would be staying with the home. Overall, they did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend these helpers again.

The owner was very very rude. Told me he was not paying his employee who got sick on the carpet. they had to leave because the one was sick and didn't finish job. The owner told me it was dirt and he wasn't cleaning the sickness on the new carpet. He also said he would go to walmart and get a new rod what is it $5! He was rude and all of it was uncalled for...

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
