The two movers that were sent to me were arguing while moving my furniture. They seemed irritated during the ENTIRE move! They literally tossed my furniture into my moving truck with no organization whatsoever. They threw my pillows to my couch on the ground and it had previously rained the day before. I will have to have the pillows cleaned. The only pros I have is that they were on time. All Around Movers, never again!!!

The guys were late, but that was ok. However they were clearly trying to make up time on my move to get to their next appointment.
As such they were in a hurry and broke a few things, including my grill that they did not tell me about and I found it a could of days later .
They also managed to put a big dent in the door of my refrigerator because they unwrapped the padding before getting in inside so the door dell open as they moved it.
This was the second time I used them, but will probably be my last.

They put my stuff in the big truck 3-26. The other guy was good and more professional. Andrew in the other hand was little off. Dropped my expensive part of my executive desk. Luckily my wife had it packed very well in the original box. We did not remove it from the box. Very difficult to put back.
However these guys put boxes on top of my 3 piece sectional sofa. My leather sofa has now a very ugly rip. There was 4 of us people that unloaded the truck and all of us saw the same thing. The HIRE A HELPER guys said that your company has an insurance. Please fix the damage to my sofa. there are also several visible scuff marks on the surface. Send a inspector to view the damage.
The very new Washer and especially the Dryer has scratches.

The crew that showed up to help unload my truck were great. They were fast, efficient and courteous. They did call my driver when they were on their way over as they were stuck in traffic for a bit.

They called about 30 min. before the scheduled arrival time to say they would be about 20 min. late due to a last min. substitution, but went right to work and worked consistently throughout the 4 hrs. they were on site.
They were pretty careful with the furniture as well as walls and corners which was not easy, as most of the large items were on the second floor.
I'd use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The smile and comfort we see after a job is complete the stress just melts from the once tense customer to now a moved, loaded, or unloaded happy customer! Our number one goal is satisfaction and we strive everyday to make every customer feel this way

What training do you provide your crew members?

We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
