Clay, Chris & Jay were great! They called ahead with ETA and beat it by 5 mins. Worked hard, very accommodating, and respectful packing my storage container. Clay is a master at arranging and packing as much as possible into the container. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks guys!

What a great moving crew. I had them load 4 large PODS and unload them at my final destination 1 1/2 hours away. Crew was always on time and kept me informed of when they would arrive each day. They were very helpful to put the furniture and appliances where we needed them and accomodated any difficult locations.
One thing I use to rate contractors is how well they work together. This crew worked well together and loved their work. When you get that combination, you will always win.
They were very careful with our belongings and we had very little damage found. I will definitely use this company again.

The crew showed up on I was disappointed because I choose this company on the reviews I read but I didn't get the same as what they said they would do my furniture wasn't wrapped some items were damaged as well as dirt was on my new sofa I provided all the furniture covers, their was one crew member that had a awful smell so bad I had to spray air freshener. I have pictures of my damaged furniture. I will be contacting the owner of this business I'm so disappointed with the service I received when I opened the back of my u Haul Truck and seen the damage of my furniture as well as the loading job done.

Imagine getting so excited to move into your new house on a Saturday and the movers are supposed to show up at 1... they call at 2 and say they'll be late - ETA is 4-5.
Okay, so no big deal. They guys are running late, NBD.
Well, 5 o'clock turns into 630 and I give them 30 minutes as the benefit of the doubt I had.
I call them. They say they're on their way. I ask," what's your ETA."
They say 7:55 AT NIGHT
The guy apologizes and offers a discount and a THIRD GUY.
Great! Right?
Except the next day, when they showed up, after sleeping on the floor and our rental truck bought and paid for, these grandpa's in their late 40s and 50s come out to help. Without a 3rd guy.
These guys are out of breath within 30 minutes of being here. They billed me for the time that they relaxed. They billed me for the time that they ate our pizza ????
This was literally the worst service I've ever had. I would NEVER buy again from Hire A Helper OR this Sebastian Moving Group.
My wife was so upset. We were living out of boxes for the whole week because we didn't have time to unpack because we had work the next day.
Overall a TERRIBLE experience.
